Category: National Webinars

In this keynote, we explore the complexities of imposter complex (aka “imposter syndrome”) in leadership roles, addressing its roots, manifestations, and effective management strategies to develop ICONIC Confidence. This 60-minute interactive session, tailored for women leaders, aims to foster a supportive environment for learning, open discussions, shared experiences, and networking. The talk delves into the intersectionality of the imposter complex and introduces the "ICONIC" framework. Participants will gain insights into identifying and managing imposter complex behaviors, acknowledging the commonality of these experiences, and embracing their leadership edge.

Key Points:

  • Understanding Imposter Complex: Unpacking the historical context, 12 specific lies, and six behavioural traits associated with imposter complex.
  • Approaching the experience with an intersectionality lens.
  • Exploring the ICONIC Framework: Introducing a framework that acknowledges the perpetual nature of imposter complex and empowers participants to navigate their unique leadership journeys.
