Meet the Facilitator

Jimi Okubanjo is an international multi-award winning filmmaker, TED speaker, and resilience story teller. With 25 years of experience in engineering operational excellence initiatives at renowned companies like McKinsey, Shell, Amazon, Siemens, and Marathon Oil, Jimi has cultivated expertise in mobilizing senior managers to spearhead transformational projects that boost profitability.

Currently, Jimi is hosting a series of Virtual Executive Roundtables aimed at equipping senior leaders with the necessary tools to drive organizational performance transformation. These interactive sessions provide leaders with practical insights and strategies to transform their organizations and achieve sustained success.
