Speaker:

Prabhmeet Kohli is the founder of an AI startup, Novamorph, that helps empower small and mid-sized businesses with AI and data strategies so they can grow revenue and improve workforce productivity. Prior to Novamorph, she held executive positions at various organizations, including Capital One and Northern Trust, where she provided strategy and technology guidance to build data and AI solutions. Prabhmeet also launched business analytics platforms at startups like TrainSignal, which Plural Sight acquired. VA Small Business Supplier Diversity (VA SBSD) invited Prabhmeet to educate small businesses on leveraging AI adoption.

She has experience in data governance, risk management, AI product management, change management, and vendor management. Prabhmeet earned an MBA in marketing from John Sperling School of Business and completed a two-year business analytics program at Harvard Business School. She is a member of the HBR Advisory Council and Certified Information Privacy Professional US (CIPP/US).
